60 minutes focused primarily on target areas of tension, tightness, and discomfort. Focus may be on one or multiple areas. Additional areas or full body may also be incorporated as time permits. Will be discussed at the start of the session.

90 Minutes : Targeted Deep Tissue - Mobile

The ideal time frame for a full body massage with one or two specific areas where deeper work is needed. 90 minutes focused primarily on target areas of tension, tightness, and discomfort. Focus may be on one or multiple areas. Additional areas or full body may also be incorporated as time permits. Will be discussed at the start of the session.

2 Hours : Targeted Deep Tissue - Mobile

$150

The ULTIMATE for full body deep tissue work that will surely leave you in a state of zen and relaxation. Perfect for active adults in need of healing and revitalization. After one too many rounds of golf, or a night out dancing in the square - stiff muscles will no doubt "Flow back into Motion" after this session!

*Discounts may be available when scheduling 2 or more consecutive appointments on the same day at the same location. **Prices include cost of travel, set-up/break-down and supplies. ***Time frames listed are for actual hands on time. When scheduling please account for an additional 10-20 minutes for set-up/break-down and pre-session consultation.

What are the benefits of massage therapy?

Massage therapy can help reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.

What types of massage do you offer?

Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Aromatherapy massage.

How much does a massage session cost?

Our prices vary depending on the length of the session and the type of massage. Please visit the Pricing Section for more information. Discounts are available when scheduling multiple appointments consecutively on the same day at the same location. (i.e.: multiple family members, roommates, friends, etc.)

Nervous about privacy?

By law proper and adequate draping MUST be used throughout the massage session. I am happy to provide direction/instruction for getting on/off the massage table discreetly and privately. I will always step out of the room (or into a different room) during any undressing/dressing stages. It is typically helpful to wear a full coverage robe, or loose fitting clothing for before and after your massage. **You must be able to get on and off the massage table un-assisted, or have a friend or family member available to assist. Legally, I am not permitted to assist with the transition on or off the table.

How much space is needed?

The massage table is 73in length x 32in width (6ft x 2.5ft) and there needs to be a minimum of 2ft on each side and roughly 3ft at either end. One easy way to estimate is if you are able to lay down and hold your arms straight out to the side and above your head. Please feel free to call or send a text message of the space if you have questions or want to double check prior to an appointment!

Where in my house will it be?

Wherever you want! (That allows adequate space, see above.) In the past clients have utilized space in guest rooms, offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets, kitchens, dining rooms, entry ways.... as long as there is space, the actual room doesn't matter! Typically you'll want to aim for an area that feels comfortable to you and that will be mostly quiet and uninterrupted so that you can reach the maximum level of zen and relaxation! Weather permitting, and with appropriate attire/draping, outside patios and lanais are also a commonly enjoyable space! (Happy to provide direction for getting on/off the massage table with discretion and maintaining full privacy!)

Do I need to provide linens or supplies?

Nope! As part of a full service high-end mobile massage service I will bring all necessary linens and supplies. I will bring the massage table, linens, bolsters, lubricant options, music options, and aromatherapy options if requested. **I do need access to a sink of some sort for proper hand-washing before/after your session.
